Job description
Role: Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped OTE
Based: London/ Hybrid
Job summary
This role will work across various channels and initiatives to generate sales and convert leads. Ideally the candidate with have a background in Climate Tech or Energy or understand the opportunities the net-zero transition presents. The event is a mix of stand sales and conference sponsorship so experience across both these areas would be beneficial.

This role will work across various channels and initiatives to generate sales and convert leads. Ideally the candidate with have a background in Climate Tech or Energy or understand the opportunities the net-zero transition presents. The event is a mix of stand sales and conference sponsorship so experience across both these areas would be beneficial.
This will include:
- regular follow up to inbound leads
- outbound research, outreach, phone calls and lead sourcing
- attendance at competitive events and networking events
- sending email and newsletter campaigns to pipeline prospects
- support on digital or in-person events as required. These are smaller in-person networking events run by Reset Connect or our partners as well as the main event on 24-25 June 2025 with 7,500 attendees.
- Research the sustainability sector, follow the main sustainability news sites and be active on social
- Sales Target £200k
- Lead gen for month - Actively source and add deals to pipeline daily via inbound or outbound activity
- Proposals - Send out 20 proposals a month
- Ex prom for month - Work with marketing team to target at least one database segment a month
- Sponsorship - Close one sponsorship proposal a month, can be part of stand package agreement
