Role:                    Sales Manager
Salary:                 £40,000 + Uncapped OTE
Based:                 London/ Hybrid

Job summary
This role will work across various channels and initiatives to generate sales and convert leads.  Ideally the candidate with have a background in Climate Tech or Energy or understand the opportunities the net-zero transition presents.  The event is a mix of stand sales and conference sponsorship so experience across both these areas would be beneficial.

This will include:
  • regular follow up to inbound leads 
  • outbound research, outreach, phone calls and lead sourcing 
  • attendance at competitive events and networking events
  • sending email and newsletter campaigns to pipeline prospects
  • support on digital or in-person events as required. These are smaller in-person networking events run by Reset Connect or our partners as well as the main event on 24-25 June 2025 with 7,500 attendees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research the sustainability sector, follow the main sustainability news sites and be active on social
  • Sales Target £200k
  • Lead gen for month - Actively source and add deals to pipeline daily via inbound or outbound activity
  • Proposals - Send out 20 proposals a month
  • Ex prom for month - Work with marketing team to target at least one database segment a month
  • Sponsorship - Close one sponsorship proposal a month, can be part of stand package agreement
