Position: Commercial Manager
Contract: Full time/Perm
Salary: £47,500
The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Commercial Manager to lead revenue delivery across the highly established Show.
The flagship event within the hospitality calendar, generating approximately £2.5 million in annual revenue and operating at significant scale within the UK market.
This is a true Commercial Manager role with leadership responsibility, strategic input, and personal revenue accountability.
The Role
The Commercial Manager will take ownership of approximately £1.5 million of the event’s revenue, with the remaining revenue generated via internal and international pavilions.
You will have two direct line reports, two high-performing Sales Executives who require strong leadership, mentoring, and development to reach their full potential. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact through nurturing and elevating the team.

- Managing, coaching and developing two Sales Executives
- Driving team revenue performance and accountability
- Holding and delivering against personal sales targets
- Forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
- Strategic input into growth and commercial optimisation
- Ensuring consistent training, structure and performance standards
Revenue & Scale
- Total event revenue: circa £2.5 million
- Revenue under this role’s direct control: circa £1.5 million
- Strong industry partnerships and established market position
- Significant opportunity to enhance performance and optimise commercial output
