Role: Event Marketing Manager
Salary: up to £45,000

The Marketing Manager will lead high-impact marketing campaigns for major B2B events as well as take full ownership of strategy and execution for large-scale events.
  
Responsibilities  
  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategy across the event portfolio
  • Budget creation and allocation
  • Lead brand development
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise strategy
  • Driving and reporting on MQLs (delegate and sponsor quality/conversion)
  
Requirements  
  • Proven track record in marketing for B2B events with 1,000+ attendees
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
  • Highly data-literate, with the ability to interpret insights and optimise campaigns
  • Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and commercial acumen
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and budgets
  • Passionate about live experiences and creating compelling, value-led marketing campaigns
