  • Role: Trade Mark Attorney Location: Glasgow, Scotland (with flexible remote working across Scotland considered for experienced candidates)    About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded intellectual property firm seeking a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join its growing Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney with around three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to develop their career within a collaborative, client-focused practice. The successful candidate will work with a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients across a broad range of sectors, advising on all aspects of trade mark protection, portfolio management and brand strategy. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing a varied portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters. Advising clients on trade mark clearance, filing strategies, prosecution and portfolio management. Handling UK and international trade mark applications, including Madrid Protocol matters. Managing oppositions, cancellations and other contentious proceedings. Advising on enforcement, infringement and brand protection strategies. Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider intellectual property team. About You You will: Be a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney. Have approximately three years' post-qualification experience. Possess strong technical knowledge of UK and international trade mark law and practice. Be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision where required. Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills. Enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to work independently.
