The Role

You will take full ownership of sponsorship and partnership revenue, building a structured, repeatable commercial function while delivering short-term revenue growth.
You will:
- Own end-to-end sponsorship sales – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing and renewals
- Sell integrated, cross-platform packages across:
- Events (digital and in-person)
- Webinars and demo days
- Sponsored reports and thought leadership
- Digital content and community activations
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from inbound and outbound activity
- Develop commercial packages, pricing strategy and sales collateral
- Build long-term, partnership-led relationships with senior stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing and community teams to shape commercially viable products
- Represent the brand confidently at events and industry gatherings
About You
We are looking for a commercially hungry, credible and organised sales professional who thrives in environments where there is ownership and autonomy.
You will likely have:
- 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sponsorship, media or event sales
- A proven track record of hitting revenue targets in the £300k–£1m range
- Experience selling integrated, multi-channel packages
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Partnerships Leads, Founders, C-level)
- A partnership-led mindset rather than purely transactional selling
- Strong negotiation and commercial storytelling skills
- The discipline to manage pipeline and forecasting properly
