Sales Director (Events) – Transformational Leadership Role
Up to £115,000 basic + 20% OTE + excellent benefits & uncapped overage

We're seeking a Sales Director ready to lead a strategic shift from transactional sponsorship sales to a value-based, consultative model. With full P&L responsibility and a direct influence on a multi-million revenue portfolio, you’ll join a senior leadership team tasked with elevating quality, customisation, and client ROI across a restructured portfolio of high-growth events.
You’ll bring strong leadership, a modern sales mindset and the ability to inspire a team of seven through cultural and operational transformation. Data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and commercially sharp , you’ll know how to move the conversation from specs to strategy.
