Salary - £45,000

The role:

The sales operation manager will drive revenue growth through strategic sales operations and client retention. Manage rebooking campaigns, Salesforce administration, and performance analytics while coordinating on-site Sales Suites. Support pricing strategy, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. Perfect for detail-oriented professionals passionate about events and thriving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Support
  • Manage end-to-end rebooking processes and campaigns across pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases
  • Train sales team on Salesforce best practices and usage
Data & Analytics
  • Track and analyse rebooking rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for high-probability prospects  
Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute targeted rebooking campaigns with reminders and follow-ups
  • Set up and manage campaigns within Salesforce, as well as support pricing strategy development  
Systems Administration  
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline accuracy
  • Manage floorplans, Price Books, and inventory tracking
  • Act as operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams  
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, event coordination, or event rebooking management roles
  • Understanding of event floorplans, stand booking processes, and exhibitor services
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Experience with floorplan software (i.e. Floorplan Live)
