Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Support
- Manage end-to-end rebooking processes and campaigns across pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases
- Train sales team on Salesforce best practices and usage
- Track and analyse rebooking rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
- Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for high-probability prospects
- Develop and execute targeted rebooking campaigns with reminders and follow-ups
- Set up and manage campaigns within Salesforce, as well as support pricing strategy development
- Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline accuracy
- Manage floorplans, Price Books, and inventory tracking
- Act as operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, event coordination, or event rebooking management roles
- Understanding of event floorplans, stand booking processes, and exhibitor services
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience with floorplan software (i.e. Floorplan Live)
