Title:                  Revenue Enablement Manager
Location:            London (Flexible 1-2 days in the office)

The Revenue Enablement Manager serves as a vital member of our sales team, focusing on maximizing client retention and revenue through strategic rebooking initiatives. This role encompasses the complete sales support lifecycle, from pre-event campaign setup through post-event analysis and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Support
  • Support the sales team throughout the complete sales cycle, with emphasis on rebooking processes
  • Prepare internal and external communications for rebooking campaigns
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating client rebooking meetings across pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client queries at the on-site Sales Suites
  • Ensure all sales documentation reflects current pricing and package terms
Data Management & Analysis
  • Track and analyse rebooking rates to identify retention improvement opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive rebooking trackers monitoring target clients, bookings, meetings, and revenue performance versus Goals
  • Identify sales trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare analytical insights and reports to drive sales growth and process improvements
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for identifying high-probability rebook prospects and key accounts
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Develop and implement effective rebooking strategies in collaboration with the sales team
  • Create and execute targeted rebooking campaigns including reminders, follow-up communications, and satisfaction surveys
  • Set up and manage campaigns within Salesforce
  • Support new business campaign development for on-site execution
Requirements

Experience & Background
  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, event coordination, or event rebooking management roles
  • Understanding of event floorplans, stand booking processes, and exhibitor services
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
