The Role
You’ll lead, coach, and elevate a team of Delegate Sales Executives while still retaining a hands-on commercial influence. Expect ownership across 8–12 global events per year, close collaboration with production, marketing, and sponsorship, and the autonomy to shape both team performance and commercial outcomes.
