Role:                     Delegate Sales Manager
Location:              London Victoria/Hybrid
Salary:                  £50k + OTE

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a delegate sales team to exceed individual, project, and team targets.
  • Drive end-to-end delegate acquisition strategy to ensure high-quality attendance.
  • Deliver impactful 1:1s, performance reviews, and pipeline sessions that build discipline and capability.
  • Optimise sales strategy, outreach, conversions, and revenue across multiple conferences.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and represent the brand at international events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance lead flow, messaging, and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion best practices and continuously optimise sales processes and team execution.
What you bring
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Delegate sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue and delegate acquisition targets.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and high-volume outreach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive, and commercially sharp approach.
  • Fast learner with openness to WBR Delegate Sales processes.
  • Collaborative team player with coaching or mentorship experience (ideal).
