Role
The Social Media Lead will shape and execute impactful digital strategies across a portfolio of respected finance and investment brands. We are looking for someone who’s equal parts creative storyteller, data analyst, and digital strategist.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a comprehensive social media plan across multiple financial media brands as well as maintain a content calendar across X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and more
- Manage the development of multimedia assets (videos, infographics, graphics) that spark engagement
- Join and lead the conversation within industry networks and relevant online communities
- Leverage events, reports, and market updates to drive thought leadership
- Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, CTRs, and conversions
- Regularly review analytics to optimise strategy and improve ROI
- Act as a strategic bridge between marketing, editorial, and sales
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing social for B2B or media/finance brands
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B channels
- Strong content instincts—can translate complex topics into engaging digital formats
- A strategic thinker with an eye for data and detail
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or native platform insights
