Cross-Platform | £45k basic + £33k uncapped OTE

What you’ll do:
- Drive new business and grow existing accounts across a suite of media platforms
- Sell multi-touchpoint campaigns (roundtables, podcasts, digital content, live/virtual events)
- Generate leads and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Create compelling, tailored proposals that meet client marketing objectives
- Contribute ideas for new features and sponsorship opportunities
- Build senior-level relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Proven experience in B2B media sales (conferences, digital, publishing or similar)
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Confidence selling to senior decision-makers and handling objections
- A genuine passion for media, marketing and revenue growth
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings of £78k+
