Role:  Marketing Manager - Subscriptions
Salary: $70,000-$75,000

Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across high-profile subscription brands. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that fuel acquisition, cross-sell, and retention initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll shape campaigns that directly impact business performance and brand positioning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of the target market, including customer roles, needs, and workflows.
  • Build knowledge of all product lines, taking the lead on marketing for digital platforms while supporting other areas like networks, events, and marketing services.
  • Help plan and launch new products with effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analysing potential across customer segments, companies, and product areas.
  • Support the overall marketing strategy with fresh, commercially smart ideas to meet annual targets.
  • Lead the rollout of quarterly marketing campaigns for different customer groups, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and hitting eCommerce goals.
  • Run tailored programs focused on acquiring new customers, onboarding, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, account-based marketing, and driving product usage and renewals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in a B2B information subscriptions or membership marketing environment.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies, with a track record of planning, leading, and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in copywriting, capable of crafting persuasive content to generate leads and conversions, while providing constructive feedback on campaign performance.
  • Energetic and engaging, consistently bringing enthusiasm and confidence to interactions with colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Self-assured and innovative, with a strong belief in their ability to contribute new ideas and deliver against business KPIs.
  • Proactive and future-focused, always seeking out improvements and innovative approaches to marketing challenges.
  • Tech-savvy, with an understanding of how emerging marketing technologies can enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Commercially minded, consistently focused on revenue goals, monitoring campaign metrics, and ensuring execution aligns with financial objectives.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to independently resolve challenges, navigate obstacles, and see projects through to completion.
