Sponsorship Sales Manager
£50,000 + OTE
London/Hybrid 

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Founder, this role is pivotal in driving sponsorship and commercial partnerships, managing key client accounts, and contributing to the continued growth and impact of the event series. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, wellbeing, and gender equity, alongside a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in collaboration with the Founder and wider team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners and sponsors, ensuring long-term engagement and value alignment.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline focused on driving new and repeat business across health, wellness, corporate, and consumer brands.
  • Accurately maintain CRM systems for reliable forecasting, tracking, and account development.
  • Demonstrate a proactive interest in health to understand the priorities of our partners and ensure relevance in all engagements.
  • Follow up on inbound sponsorship or collaboration inquiries and convert them into successful commercial relationships.
Experience Required:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in event sponsorship, partnership sales, or similar.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across multiple industries, preferably including health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Success in balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and client needs.
  • Ability to negotiate with senior decision-makers and represent the values of the business with professionalism.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
