Up to £40,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Central London)

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic, fast-growing business in the digital events and intelligence space. You’ll take ownership of high-impact email campaigns, driving engagement, nurturing leads, and delivering measurable growth across a portfolio of global B2B audiences.

The Role

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of email campaigns using Marketo, bringing creative flair and analytical precision to every send. From designing nurture journeys and A/B testing subject lines to refining lifecycle programs and reporting performance metrics, this is a role for someone who thrives on both creativity and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions through Marketo.

  • Develop automated workflows and triggered emails that drive conversion and engagement.

  • Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

  • Maintain best-in-class deliverability and compliance across all communications.

The Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years’ experience in email marketing, including 2+ years in Marketo.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns that convert.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.

  • (Bonus) HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting.
