Senior Conference Producer
Job description
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE + 15% bonus
Location: Central London (Hybrid) with International travel

The Role
In this pivotal role, you will craft the strategic vision and commercial propositions for each event, drawing extensively on deep customer insights to guide your decisions and design principles.
Your responsibilities will include curating standout event agendas, securing top-tier speakers, and designing creative, immersive experiences. A strong emphasis will be placed on conducting thorough customer and industry research to shape the overall design and execution of the events.
You will be deeply integrated within your industry, maintaining year-round engagement with customers. You will build and leverage a robust network of key influencers, partners, government bodies, and thought leaders.
Your role is to ensure that our events are not only essential and highly anticipated but also collaboratively shaped by and tailored for the industries and customers they serve.
The Person
At least 5 years experience producing and managing commercial large-scale events in a facts paced B2B environment.
