�� What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive sponsorship sales across a portfolio of high-quality live events
  • Build lasting client relationships through consultative, solution-led selling
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities via outbound outreach and networking
  • Create tailored partnership proposals that demonstrate commercial value and audience alignment
  • Attend competitor events to identify leads and stay ahead of market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, ops, content) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Be on-site for your events — building client relationships and maximising rebook opportunities

�� What’s On Offer
  • Up to £45k basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission: 3% on all sales, rising to 5% on sponsorships
  • Typical deal sizes range from £3k to £25k+
  • Remote-based with occasional travel to events
