Job description

Location: Birmingham, England with flexible working options in place.
Company Summary:

Our client is a large Intellectual Property firm providing specialist IP legal services tailored to the individual needs of their clients.
The Role:

Proactive process management of a portfolio of patent cases, providing a high level of paralegal support to the allocated fee earner ensuring adherence to all deadlines and actively supporting the fee earner in ensuring cases are always in order actioned appropriately and on time.
What success looks like:

A successful candidate will have vast experience as a Patent Administrator, with excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
The required candidate would need to demonstrate good communication skills with confidence in dealing with external parties and other legal firms.
Possession of the CIPA Patent Administrator qualification or currently studying for it would be a distinct advantage.
