Head of Sales – Training / Education
Hybrid (London office 2+ days/week)
Up to £65k base + OTE £110k+
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead and inspire a high-performing team across EMEA & North America. This role sits within a global training & certification division, delivering a diverse portfolio of professional development solutions to corporate and individual clients worldwide. Our products are offered in e-learning, virtual, and classroom formats, covering the most relevant trends and technologies shaping today’s business landscape.
This is a player-coach role: you’ll manage, develop, and mentor a regional sales team while also owning a select portfolio of strategic accounts. You’ll drive enterprise-level, multi-year contracts and build long-term partnerships in a rapidly scaling environment.
