Alongside our world-class events, we deliver a powerful business intelligence platform, enriched with the latest in technology and AI. We’re now looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual to join our expanding Customer Success team.

The Opportunity
This role is all about building strong client relationships, driving adoption of our digital platform, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from both our global events and our intelligence services. You’ll manage a portfolio of 40–50 international accounts, working directly with senior decision-makers and play a strategic role as the company continues to expand.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of global client accounts, ensuring retention and expansion.
  • Deliver tailored engagement strategies, from onboarding to renewals, across events and subscriptions.
  • Partner with clients strategically, identifying opportunities to unlock further value.
  • Analyse usage of our platform and drive engagement with key features.
  • Present ROI reviews and influence senior stakeholders worldwide.
  • Collaborate with sales, events, and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives growth.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years into a commercial career (account management, sales, or similar).
  • Strong hunter mentality, resilient, persistent, and growth-oriented.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers globally.
  • Able to balance relationship-building with commercial impact.
  • Curiosity to learn complex markets and translate insights into client value.
  • A proactive, energetic mindset matters more than direct industry experience.

Why Join Us?
  • Competitive salary & commission (uncapped earning potential).
  • A clear progression path as the team and business scale.
  • Hybrid working model  (vibrant London office + flexibility).
  • Full benefits package, including health cover, wellbeing perks, and generous holiday allowance.
  • Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team combining global events expertise with cutting-edge business intelligence.

If you’re ambitious, commercially sharp, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
