Position:  Business Development Manager 
Location: London/ Hybrid 
Salary:  £32k + 100% OTE 
  
The Role 
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating both new and repeat business. 

You will be targeting C-Level Executives, Heads of Business Development and Heads of Marketing, engaging in a consultative sale to understand their organisations' commercial growth objectives and building them custom engagements to access prospects and markets via our conference platforms. 

Deals range from £5 - £150k. You will have accountability and ownership over sales targets for multiple products throughout the year. we expect you to be able to build and execute sales strategies autonomously for your given market sector. 
  
The successful candidate will be: 
  • Degree educated with B2B sales experience 
  • Extremely professional with a quick-thinking, commercial mind 
  • Genuinely passionate about business and sales
