Role: Head of Marketing
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 plus 20% bonus
Location: London, Hybrid 4 days in the office

Role
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution across an established portfolio. This role offers the chance to shape marketing strategy, drive audience growth, and bring creativity and data-driven thinking to campaigns.
The Head of Marketing will be hands-on, balancing leadership with execution, and will play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the events.
Responsibilities
Lead portfolio-wide marketing activity, including branding and campaign strategy
Plan and deliver visitor, delegate, and exhibitor campaigns on time and to budget
Create and track campaign plans, monitoring spend and reporting on effectiveness
Manage supplier relationships (design, web, PR, media, data, registration, print)
Drive international PR and media partnerships to strengthen event positioning
Oversee social media and digital marketing to maximise reach and data capture
Produce engaging advertising, sales collateral, and event marketing materials
Build strong relationships with trade associations, industry bodies, and regulators
Manage databases, list sourcing, and contra agreements with media partners
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Support event development, sponsorship, and branding initiatives
Oversee online activities and drive innovation in marketing approaches
Motivate and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity and continuous improvement
Requirements
7+ years’ senior management experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in exhibitions
Proven ability to create and deliver effective marketing strategy that drives business growth
Experience in budget management, with an analytical, data-driven and structured approach to decision-making
