Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets for our portfolio through direct sales to major companies.
- Develop and execute sales plans for assigned countries/sectors within Europe.
- Secure new and rebook existing revenue across exhibitions, digital, and sponsorship solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Attend industry events to network and source leads.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with international offices and support the sales team in portfolio-wide initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions or conferences.
- Strong telephone and face-to-face sales skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in consultative selling, particularly digital solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated team player.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to implement initiatives.
