Account Manager
£50k + OTE
London/Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities
  
Achieve and exceed sales targets for our portfolio through direct sales to major companies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned countries/sectors within Europe.
  • Secure new and rebook existing revenue across exhibitions, digital, and sponsorship solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Attend industry events to network and source leads.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with international offices and support the sales team in portfolio-wide initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Strong telephone and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling, particularly digital solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated team player.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to implement initiatives.
