Role: Sales Manager – Western Europe (France, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Ireland)

Location: Remote-based, ideally France or Belgium
Package: €90,000 base salary + 20% bonus + approx. €6,000 car allowance

The Role
This is a high-impact, standalone position focused on new business development and distributor management across France, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, and Ireland. You will lead commercial strategy, secure new listings, and build long-term brand presence in both retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the commercial strategy across the assigned countries
Identify and win new business opportunities within retail, wholesale, and cash & carry
Manage and support distributor partners to deliver growth targets
Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and supply chain
Drive in-store visibility and local promotional initiatives
Represent the brand at key trade events and customer meetings
About You
A new business hunter coming from a track record of success with a small or medium sized drinks business in Europe
Fluent in French and English; Spanish highly desirable
Based in France or Belgium (and willing to travel frequently across region)
Track record of success in the beverage sector (FMCG food considered)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Proven experience managing distributors and negotiating with retailers
Resilient, commercially minded, and results-focused
