We have a great opportunity within Convatec, a global medical products and technology company, who are seeking a highly motivated IP Paralegal to provide support to the IP team, supporting all formalities-based activities relating to intellectual property.

We have a great opportunity within Convatec, a global medical products and technology company, who are seeking a highly motivated IP Paralegal to provide support to the IP team, supporting all formalities-based activities relating to intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparing and filing documents and forms for UK, EP, PCT and US patent and trademark filings
- Monitoring all incoming correspondence regarding IP filings, due dates and searches, docketing and updating files as appropriate and liaising with attorneys.
- At least 2+ years of experience handling IP formalities.
- Proficient in the use of IP rights management software and docketing tools
- Working knowledge of UK, EP, PCT and foreign patent formalities, laws and rules.
