We are seeking an experienced IP paralegal to support both the patent and trademark teams.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting in the drafting and filing of new applications.
- Providing administrative functions and support to the clients.
- Opening new patent, trademark, design and dispute records.
- Attending to incoming emails and docketing deadlines accurately.
- Filing documents and preparing correspondence to the client for the lifecycle of a Patent or Trademark and Design.
- Reporting and invoicing filings, acceptances, publications and grants.
- Have experience working as an Intellectual Property paralegal/administrator.
- Excellent organisational, writing and research skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with experience working to deadlines.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships, with effective verbal communication skills.
