Responsibilities:
- Lead social media strategy and ensure it’s aligned with brand vision and goals
- Oversee content creation and maintain consistency across channels
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant tools
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- 5+years of experience within marketing / social media with proven experience of growing social channels
- Expertise in social media trends, tools, platforms and paid advertising.
- Ability to work to and achieve KPI’s and wider marketing targets
- Excellent communication skills, including having challenging conversations about campaign performance
