As well as providing a benchmark for industry salaries, we have incorporated questions focused on current market trends, you’ll notice towards the end of the survey the questions are focused on employee value propositions (EVP), we hope to gain an insight into how businesses within the Media & Events sector are supporting their employees through EVP, and any trends that might be applicable.
