The Company and Role:
  
We have an opportunity for a Patent Paralegal to join a values-driven firm of Patent and Trademark attorneys who are based in Glasgow.
  
The Candidate:
  
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of patent laws and procedures.
  
The successful candidate will have proven experience in:

• Preparing and filing patent applications under the supervision of a patent attorney.

• Drafting correspondence to clients and patent offices.

• Managing patent portfolios and tracking the status of patent applications.

• Maintaining docket systems to track deadlines for filings, responses, and other critical dates.

• Ensuring all deadlines are met and keeping attorneys and clients informed of upcoming deadlines.

• Document preparation, filing and review.

• Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for patent attorneys.

• Assisting with billing and invoicing related to patent work.

Candidates outside of Glasgow will be considered if they have the relevant experience and possess a CIPA qualification.
