Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell patient monitoring equipment and critical care consumables to hospital departments across the North Thames area.

• Establish and nurture new accounts, understanding and addressing customer needs with effective solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders, including clinicians and procurement teams, to thoroughly understand their requirements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate product information, upholding the company's high standards and reputation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in selling medical devices/consumables to hospitals is preferred but not essential.

• A clinical background or healthcare-related degree (e.g., biomedical science) with a strong desire to enter medical sales.

• Sales experience in other sectors with knowledge of the healthcare market.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high energy and enthusiasm.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £28,000 - £44,000

• Bonus: £15,000 plus uncapped commission

• Hybrid car or car allowance of £550 per month

• Additional Benefits: Pension, healthcare, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday + statutory holidays + full benefits package

Coverage Area: This position covers the North Thames area, including North London, Watford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, and East Anglia.
