Responsibilities
- Research, write, and publish news articles and analysis on infrastructure and energy finance markets
- Conduct interviews with industry professionals including lenders, developers, advisors, and officials
- Build and maintain a network of industry sources and contacts
- Present at industry conferences including moderating panels and delivering editorial insights
- Support business development activities by providing content expertise and market intelligence
- Monitor market trends and contribute to research and data products
- Travel regularly within the US for conferences and industry meetings
- Collaborate with editorial leadership to maintain content quality and standards
- 2–5 years' experience in financial journalism, business journalism, or related editorial roles
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, finance, economics, or related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Strong interview and research skills with proven ability to cultivate industry sources
- Outgoing, confident personality comfortable with client meetings and conference presentations
- Experience or knowledge of infrastructure finance or energy finance sectors (preferred)
- Understanding of B2B media business models (preferred)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Willing to travel regularly within the US
