Business Development Manager / Senior SDR
London | Hybrid Working
£55,000–£60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission 90K yr 1

We’re currently partnering with a highly respected global business within the institutional investment and private markets space to hire a commercially driven Business Development Manager / Senior SDR.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join a tier-one brand with an exceptional reputation across asset management, alternatives and institutional investing. The business works with some of the world’s leading investment firms, connecting senior decision-makers through high-level memberships, strategic partnerships and industry-leading events.

The role is focused on new business generation and relationship development across private markets and alternative asset managers, engaging with senior stakeholders across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and wider institutional investment markets.

This is not a high-volume transactional sales environment. The role requires credibility, commercial intelligence and the ability to build consultative relationships with senior investment professionals and C-suite stakeholders.

Ideal Background:
• Experience within financial services, asset management, institutional investment or private markets
• Strong business development / SDR / commercial experience
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and developing strategic relationships
• Commercially driven, articulate and highly proactive
• Experience using tools such as Preqin, PitchBook or similar advantageous
