Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing patent applications under attorney supervision
- Drafting professional correspondence to clients and patent offices worldwide
- Managing and monitoring patent portfolios and application progress
- Maintaining accurate docketing systems and tracking critical deadlines
- Ensuring attorneys and clients remain informed of upcoming actions and filing dates
- Preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documentation
- Coordinating meetings and managing attorney calendars
- Supporting billing and invoicing processes related to patent matters
- Previous experience working within patents/IP administration or as a Patent Paralegal
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A solid understanding of patent procedures and deadlines
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
