The Role:
A Patent Attorney with a background in electronics or mechanics (or related), to join the team based in Milan.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform prior art investigations and patentability assessments.
- Drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
- Provide infringement and validity advice.
- Monitoring and assessment of third-party patents.
- Provide support to opposition and litigation proceedings.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Qualified Italian Patent Attorney with a few years PQE and technical background in electronics or mechanical engineering or related.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
