This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Executive who wants real ownership and variety.
The role:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day marketing across multiple award cycles, covering social media (primarily LinkedIn), email campaigns, event branding, website updates, and content creation. It's a small team, which means you'll be trusted to get on with it and make decisions.

Requirements & Key Skills:
- 2–3 years in a marketing or social media role
- Confident using Canva (essential)
- Strong written communication and good attention to detail
- Experience updating websites (WordPress or similar)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
- Payments, fintech, or B2B events experience is a bonus
- Full remote working with travel to events
- Real exposure to senior decision-makers
- A commercially meaningful role where your work visibly drives results
- Room to grow as the business expands
