*** Up to £45,000 + 40% bonus - DOE *** London / Working from Home ***

 

 

Do you have a strong background in conference production and a desire to take the next step up in your career?

 

This opportunity would suit someone with experience delivering large scale events, launching new events into the market, and the desire to help manage the team. You would be joining a company renowned for producing well-loved, high-quality events, who continually innovate to create valuable experiences for the communities they serve. Our client is an established world leader who operate globally, with headquarters in London, you will split your time between this office and working from home.

 

You will be a driven, established conference producer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable to build relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and manage a team of producers.

 

The role will require you to:

  • Create high-quality content to engage new audiences
  • Develop cutting edge agendas and recruit the best-in-class speakers
  • Create and drive new topic launches
  • Create and develop relationships to support the growth of the portfolio
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on financial targets
  • Leading operations, marketing, sponsorship sales and telesales to ensure smooth delivery of the event
    • Ensuing messaging is engaging, consistent, and align with the company’s values
    • Ensuring suitable sponsors are identified and targeted appropriately
    • Ensuring all operational requirements for the event are met
