We are in need of an enthusiastic and hard-working Patent Formalities Administrator to join their dynamic Patent Formalities team. The role is varied and includes all aspects of patent administration, from filing through to grant; primarily involving GB, EP & PCT cases.

Duties will include: recording new and takeover cases electronically; creating forms in the eolf (EPOLine) software uploading documents for filing at the various patent offices; working with the EPO’s electronic mailbox and web-CMS system; monitoring and updating daily critical reminders; docketing incoming post; handling the grant and validation procedures and various other tasks on an ad hoc or regular basis.
