Trainee Patent Attorney

They are looking for a patent attorney that has at least passed the pre-EQE. Ultimately this is a fantastic opportunity for a patent attorney who is in the early stages of their career and looking to continue growing in a dynamic and renowned firm and environment. French speaking and very good knowledge of English is needed, as drafting will be mainly in French and English. Any business development will be mainly in the Liège region, with French speaking clients

You will advise innovating companies and be intensively involved in all aspects of protecting their innovation (intellectual property strategy, protection, active management, defence, valuation, etc.). 

You will protect the interests of the clients at the European Patent Office, as well as at other foreign offices. In cooperation with lawyers in our network, you will also defend the interests of the clients in proceedings at national and international Courts. You will become gradually responsible for cases and clients in your technical field.
