Caselton Clark Bake Off 2016 - Week 3

Tim and Zoe present their global recruitment cake in week 3.  The spherical cake contains a flag from every country that Tim has recruited from.

This 'worldly' creation has a layer of icing, sponge and a chocolate centre filled with smarties.

They must have spent hours in the kitchen together with this one, Tim was there too, probably....

The big man himself can be seen on the flag in the centre, surely that position should be reserved for the baker?

The special smartie centre is sure to boost 'overall experience' points across the board.

Definitely a well 'rounded' effort here.
