Our Story

Caselton Clark was founded in 2007 by brothers Mike and Tim South. Whilst running successful teams at Red Bull and Informa respectively, we found it impossible to find recruiters who really listened to what we were looking for. So we decided to start one.

We do recruitment differently.

We’d rather focus on the top candidates and the best roles than try to work with everybody. We take pride in really understanding what you want and having the industry knowledge to find it. In fact we’re so sure we’ll get it right that we’ll never put more than three candidates forward for a role.

We spent years as hiring managers, frustrated by many of the bad habits of modern recruitment. We’ve built a team of experts who know the industries they work with inside out, and we work with a board of senior industry experts who make sure that we’re always serving the best interests of our clients and of the industry as a whole.
