We worked with a well established media and events business on a volume recruitment assignment in order to quickly established the team on a new acquisition. We placed people in sponsorship sales jobs, conference production jobs and events marketing jobs during this assignment.
It was essential for a retained agreement where we managed the entire recruitment process from a candidate attraction and vetting stage perspective.
We were able to deliver three quality candidates for each position for interview. Once agreed with the hiring manager we once again took control of the offer management and resignation process to ensure the success of the assignment.
