Anderson Red is recruiting for a Client Experience Specialist. Our client is a leading global provider of online trading and brokerage services. They offer a cutting-edge platform to retail and institutional clients to trade indices, margin FX, metals and commodities.
The client has achieved significant growth across the key metrics, deposits, trading volume and client satisfaction. They have won several industry awards for innovation, product and client service.
First-rate customer service, is the bedrock of our client's business. To support a significant number of new accounts our client needs to hire a Client Experience Specialist.
The key requirements for the role are:
*Contribute to driving change across the organisation to ensure a service-first mentality
*Champion cross-team collaboration
*Espouse the client service model to a) achieve a step-change in client satisfaction b) maximise client retention c) grow client business and increase revenue
In addition to a passion for client service you will have the following:
*2+ years' proven experience in a client experience / service team
*Proficiency in German and / or Spanish in addition to business standard English
*A track-record in financial services
*Demonstrable track-record in contributing to behavioural & cultural change
*Good understanding of margin FX, indices and precious metals
*Proven experience with technology-based implementations
*Digital, data and analytics expertise
*Degree qualified, most likely in finance, accounting or related
